Proposed and developed a new type of power system transient fault simulation and reconstruction system. The system by system fault recorder fails to record the data to conform to the IEEE COMTRADE format file, after analysis of the data processing software source code from the computer and the mouth into multi-functional protective relay test device, and ultimately by the tester restores fail PT, CT secondary side voltage and current signals. On relay protection device of the system parameter tuning, accident cause finding and analysis has a supporting role.
