[GA-VBB] - Software realization of genetic algorithm based on VB program, FitnessValue (I) to adapt to the values array, avFit2nessValue (100) for an array of normalized fitness values, Population2 Chrom (I, j) for the allele values of genetic individuals, Popsize is the number of individuals in the population, total number of alleles on the CHROMLENGTH as a mother.
